Mini Scallops Crochet Border (Easy & Free Pattern!)
If you’re looking for an easy, one row repeat border, this one is adorable! It’s always a good thing to give your projects a professional looking edge. This particular crochet edging is perfect for little girls blankets as you can see below.


Mini Scallops Border Instructions
Stitch multiple: 4
Notes: this border repeat works well around a corner without adding extra stitches. However, you’ll want to plan where the scallops sit on the border. You can either place a single crochet in the corner with scallops on either side (this is what I did) or a scallop in the corner.
Materials shown: I Love this Cotton yarn from Hobby Lobby, E crochet hook
Row 1: Join yarn with a single crochet. (Hdc, dc, hdc, sc) in same st. Sk next st, sc in next st. *Sk next st, (sc, hdc, dc, hdc, sc) in next st. Sk next st, sc in next st. Rep from * for border pattern.
